Digital Detective appoints Quality Assurance Manager

Digital Detective Group, a provider of leading digital forensic software, is pleased to announce that Kevin Watson-Griffin has been appointed as Quality Assurance Manager.

Kevin brings over 20 years experience in a number of key business areas and will be responsible for all operational Quality Assurance matters ensuring the company’s quality objectives and policies are effectively implemented. He will be taking the lead in the development of the ISO9001 Business Management System and Continual Improvement processes.

Across a career of project management and human resources, Kevin has regularly advised on legal and employee matters to local Government, Government Enterprise Agencies and Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.

He is an accomplished and experienced trainer and has authored and delivered a number of training courses on project management, employee professional development and civil law.  Whilst working for the communications industry, he was responsible for ensuring that FSA best practice and legal requirements were adhered to for three of the top five global banks. He is experienced in Business Management Systems and has taken the lead in developing a continual improvement process in his previous roles.

He was responsible for the implementation of the civil contingency guidelines for a National Y2K project, which included ascertaining the potential risk to Government departments and large financial organisations, including the Financial Services Authority.
